Clean hotel, brilliantly helpful staff with amazingly helpful management and staff. Relatively quiet and convenient location in a great area, minimalist style building. And close to Lincoln Road Mall, Restaurants, the Versace Mansion, Whole Foods and more and South Beach Miami and The Port.

The rooms were impressive and well-equipped, with balcony. This was a quiet and exceptionally nice location very close to the quiet residential area and all the surrounding restaurants/night life. There was Joe & The Juice close to the hotel.

Superior clean property, it has accommodating and amazingly nice staff with amazingly helpful management and staff.

They have wheelchair accessible rooms with a great mattress, laundry, for instance and care about everyone.

Brand-new and reasonably large room with large bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows. Lovely beds and a lounge and closet space. The location unbeatable and magnificent in attached coffee shop. Also - near to a residential area away from the main strip, and dining options.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with kitchen, the bedroom and a large comfy bed, which I really appreciated.

The hotel is in a good location, close to everything you could possibly need. It's a little out of the way, but still towards the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities and amenities such as a toaster oven and washer. The staff is welcoming and helpful, creating a friendly atmosphere.

The parking options are limited and expensive, with only valet parking available.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is perfect - it's situated in a relatively quiet area but still just a 15-minute walk from the center of everything. It's great because you can enjoy the peace and tranquility, yet have easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the excitement South Beach has to offer. Additionally, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They were always available to assist and made sure I had everything I needed. My stay at this hotel was exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the urban queen suite with street views, everything was perfect. The folks were affable and supper friendly. The hotel was what I loved during the trip.

Accommodating staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. Stunning location within easy walking distance of Washington Avenue. Loved nice area.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the ocean and surrounded by a residential area for a more peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff, including Brett and the front desk agents, are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The price is excellent for the quality of the stay.

Felt incredibly lucky to have found this gem of a hotel, where nothing was too much trouble.
